With years spent working in People & Culture, leading everything from bi-annual strategic offsites to bespoke corporate people programs, I’ve developed a deep expertise in curating a mood, cultivating an outcome, and driving impact across diverse dynamics. I bring a unique blend of head and heart — grounded in methodology, fueled by creativity — and an almost freakish ability to read the room, sense what people need, and set the vibe just right (yes, I’ll be fussing over the lighting and the playlist).
